friendly staff great location clean room poor cleanness steep stairs noise problem

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is great, i could walk everywhere without needing public transport. my room was clean with a compact layout, i also appreciated the well-sized bathroom.

the cleanness were very far from expectations. the stairs was steep, and the hotel does not have elevator. the noise from other rooms could be heard, embarrassing.

tranquil street helpful staff steep stairs room cleaning

the location seemed like a dream, nestled on a tranquil street near a theatre, charming cafes, and quaint shops. after-hours check-in was easy because the email instructions were very clear. the staff were very helpful and i got lots of good advice, they explained about the drinks available in reception and booked me a taxi.

our room was not cleaned at all, i understood that we wouldn't be disturbed. i did not realize that the room wouldn't be made up at all during the day! the stairs were steep, it would not have suited anyone with mobility problems

totally rad stay!

central location friendly staff spacious room clean room

The location worked out perfectly! it was close to trams and loads of restaurants.. plus a supermarket sat conveniently nearby. the staff even helped me carry my bag up the staircase. They were super friendly. i especially liked how clean and spacious the room felt!

the walls felt a little thin, so i could hear some noise from outside the room at times.

my room offered a kettle, glasses, and towels, and i could ask for the towels to be changed anytime i needed. the heating worked perfectly, and two windows.

the staff was helpful with printing tickets and checking train schedules.. they always offered assistance. the reception area featured a coffee machine, tea, a microwave, a refrigerator, and some tables .. it was super useful.
